Mark Arthur Nsubuga
Mark is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Financial Forecasting, Budgeting & Modelling professional with 12 years of experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, risk management, sub-grantee management, and auditing of projects, institutions, universities, and companies.
He holds a CPA qualification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from the Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Makerere University Business School. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Uganda Martyrs University.
Mark’s expertise includes leadership and coordination in managing finances for numerous entities. He has also been instrumental in fundraising and ensuring the prudent allocation of resources across various projects. Additionally, he has contributed to the development of several policies and manuals, utilizing his extensive knowledge in project planning and management, financial management, and resource mobilization. Mark’s deep understanding of the financial management of numerous entities makes him a valuable contributor to the Institute’s mission to facilitate Africentric learning and innovation in health, human rights, and sexual reproductive health and rights.
