Josh Panashe Rusike
Josh Panashe Rusike is a Zimbabwean Licensed Social Worker, with a professional foundation rooted in research and evidence generation. As a Fellow with Afya na Haki, he is committed to advancing his research skills and contributing to impactful publications. Josh has presented work on the impact of climate change on vulnerable populations, highlighting his deep interest in the subject and his dedication to exploring the intersections between climate change and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).
Josh holds appreciation for SRHR issues, fostered through participation in the LIRA program, where he gained insights into the role of litigation in achieving reproductive justice for vulnerable populations and the critical importance of advocacy. His experience has strengthened his understanding of how research can support advocacy efforts and lead to meaningful policy change.
