
Dr. Jessica O. Oga
Dr. Oga is the Head of Regionalism at Afya na Haki. She is an experienced researcher in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Gender, and Health Policy.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Law degree from Babcock University, a Master of Laws degree from Babcock University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in the Law of Non-International Armed Conflict from the Geneva Academy, Switzerland, and a First-Class degree in Law from Benson Idahosa University.
Over the years, she has supported various public health legal reform initiatives and interventions at both national and subnational levels in Nigeria. She has been actively involved in developing regulatory and policy advisories on gender, health, child protection, and research ethics, working in collaboration with several local and international development partners.
