Immaculate Bukirwa is a Finance specialist with over five years of progressive experience in financial management within donor-funded and nonprofit environments. She previously served as Accounts Assistant at the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD), where she played a key role in strengthening internal controls, enhancing audit readiness, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and donor regulations. Immaculate has extensive expertise in grant accounting, budget development and monitoring, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and financial reporting.

She is highly proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and has successfully implemented systems that improved reporting efficiency, strengthened accountability, and minimized financial risk. Her work has contributed to clean audits and improved financial transparency. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance from Kyambogo University and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management at Uganda Management Institute.
