Molly Nkosi is the Executive Director of the Vital Rights Foundation in Malawi, and has extensive expertise as a Legal Aid Advocate with over eight years of experience. She has a strong background in legal research, litigation, and civic legal education, particularly focused on improving access to justice for marginalized groups within Malawi’s criminal justice system. Molly served as a Research Fellow at the Afya na Haki Institute, where she contributed to research, litigation and advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
