Godfrey is an enthusiastic programmes and advocacy specialist with experience in grant management, donor engagement, project design, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. He has a strong track record of developing successful proposals, managing consortia, and overseeing multi-donor programmes across Africa. His work includes collaboration with UN agencies and philanthropic foundations on funded initiatives.

He holds a Master of Research and Public Policy from Uganda Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (First Class Honours) from Kyambogo University.
